Gary Tang - Co-Founder/Media Director

Gary leads our traditional media team with over two decades of experience managing brands such as Canon, UOB, and Tiffany & Co. in media agencies Optimedia, Dentsu, MEC and Universal McCann. Prior to founding The Media Shop, he was Media Director at DWA.

A perfectionist at heart, Gary keeps the team in-line and ensures that campaigns are flawlessly executed. Married to a banker, he's just your regular family guy during the weekends, spending time with his 3 children.

Jessica Toh - Co-Founder/Regional Business Director

Driven by nature, Jessica leads our business development team and is constantly on the look-out for new opportunities for our clients. Entering the industry as a radio and print advertising professional, she was later drawn to the world of digital media and joined CNET Networks Asia Pacific as a result. She honed her skills as a media strategist developing B2B and B2C strategies for technology giants such as Samsung, Sony, Toshiba, Dell and HP. After an 8-year tenure in CNET, Jessica decided to realise her dream of working with a spectrum of brands and founded The Media Shop with Gary.

She is also part of the founding committee of Rose Charities Singapore, an affiliation of Rose Charities International.

Lee Kun Long - Media Manager

Kun Long has been with the industry for over 8 years. He started his media journey in Mediacorp, and has 3 media agencies to his resume.
The clients he had handled were Slimfit, Beijing101, Epson, Modesto’s, Wargaming.net, Rockstar Games, Take2 Games, Oanda, Yakult, Pilot, Snapple, Canon and several others.
A committed man of leisure, he can be found playing poker or mah-jong during his off days. But with all his vices, he works out by playing football, water polo, floorball or hitting laps at the pool. (Cheers that!)

Sri Ayu Abdullah - Media Director

Sri leads the integrated team with 17 years of understanding the business having worked in different communication disciplines. Her client experience ranges from B2C and B2B, from FMCG to corporate business, in her previous stint at Mindshare, Universal McCann, PHD and Vibes. Some of the brands she managed were Cadbury, Oreo, L’Oreal Skincare, Johnson & Johnson, Acuvue, HPB, NEA Dengue, Nokia Siemens, UPS, HSBC and Amex.

While Sri aspires to become the next Nigella, she is mainly kept busy at home doting on her baby girl!

Joel Ong - Account Manager

Our very own social media guru, Joel, holds a double-degree in Public Relations and Media Communications. A deft-hand at rallying online communities behind brands, he has successfully connected brands (such as Long John Silver's, BOSCH Home Appliances and Comgateway) with their online audiences. He also manages multi-platform campaigns for NETS, iProperty.com, Regus, Actegy and Long John Silver's.

A self-confessed workaholic, Joel decompresses by watching viral videos and decking unsuspecting gym goers in his Muay-Thai class (just kidding).

Benjamin See - Media Associate

Benjamin graduated with a Summa Cum Laude in Communication Studies from the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York. His love for both the art of communication and mingling with people brought him to experience different industries including real estate, training and consultancy and finally back into the media industry where it all started.
In his free time, Benjamin would either be jamming on his guitar or lying on the beach somewhere while enjoying the scenery.

Lee Chee Wee - Digital Director

A self-professed mobile enthusiast, Chee Wee began his journey at CNET Asia, first as a reporter, then as manager of the Media Operations team. He later joined mobile security start-up tenCube, overseeing their online marketing strategy. After tenCube was acquired by McAfee, he managed APAC marketing for McAfee's mobile security products. He later joined Viacom and was in-charge of developing Nickelodeon's mobile and web offerings, before joining The Media Shop as digital director.

In his free time, he bakes and spends quality time with his furkid. As a mobile enthusiast, he keeps track of the latest tech updates.
